Amazef Global Corporate Privacy & Data Protection Policy
Regulatory Compliance Notice
This Privacy Policy outlines how SWIFT TRADE GLOBAL LTD collects, processes, secures, and manages personal data across the Amazef ecosystem. This framework is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK Data Protection Act 2018, and international cross-border consumer protection mandates.
Section 1
General Information & Data Controller
The data controller for the Amazef global marketplace infrastructure is SWIFT TRADE GLOBAL LTD, a limited company incorporated and registered under the jurisdiction of England and Wales with Corporate Company Number 16921955.
We are committed to protecting the private information of our global network of Buyers, Merchants, and Guests operating within our jurisdictions (US, UK, UAE, KSA, and Australia).
Section 2
Categories of Information We Collect
To facilitate global trade, manage automated tax and currency distribution, and guarantee order fulfillment, we collect the following classification of data:
Identity & Account Data
Full legal name, username, email address, password strings, and account role profiles (Buyer or Seller).
Contact & Shipping Data
Verifiable delivery addresses, billing coordinates, zip/postal codes, geographical country locations, and telephone numbers.
Merchant Professional Data
For verified independent sellers, we collect business incorporation records, corporate legal structures, and mandatory monthly tax/VAT filing proof documentation.
Technical & Analytical Logs
IP addresses, browser specifications, geographical localization parameters (used strictly for accurate default currency and country tax selection), and standard session interactions.
Section 3 — Critical
Payment Card Industry (PCI-DSS) Security Guarantee
Critical Financial Security Protection
Amazef does NOT store, process, log, or maintain credit card, debit card, or any raw financial authentication data on its local servers or databases.
All checkout transactions are directly intercepted and executed via external encrypted tokens handled by certified Tier-1 PCI-DSS compliant banking processors (such as Stripe and Wise). Final merchant distributions are pushed directly to authorized Wise accounts or institutional payment networks via secure corporate API channels.
Section 4
Legal Basis & How We Use Your Data
We utilize personal data strictly under valid legal frameworks, including contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate platform operations:
Contract Performance
To handle cross-border payments, calculate currency exchange values, verify checkout subtotals, and arrange logistics and dropshipping routes between buyers and independent merchants.
Regulatory Compliance
To execute state-wise and nationwide sales tax/VAT rules using automated calculations (such as Abstract API data layers) based on the user's localized shipping state or country.
Platform Security & Fraud Prevention
To run identity checks, manage banned merchant logs within the Super Admin's Partner Control, audit buyer-side fraud proofs, and shield the network against international chargeback streams.
Section 5
Information Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
Amazef does not sell consumer or merchant profiles to advertising brokers. Data disclosure is limited to operational infrastructure requirements:
Independent Fulfillment Partners
Verified merchants and integrated dropshipping suppliers receive the specific shipping address, customer name, and contact details solely to pack and dispatch purchased goods.
Corporate Gateways & Banking Authorities
Transactional amounts and baseline billing validation parameters are routed through payment networks (Stripe/Wise) to complete financial capture and prevent money laundering.
Judicial & Statutory Mandates
Data may be disclosed to government regulatory bodies or European/UK tax enforcement agencies if required by law.
Section 6
International Data Transfers & Cross-Border Guardrails
As a borderless ecosystem connecting users in the US, UK, Middle East, and Australia, personal data will cross international borders.
All cross-border cloud transfers originating from European or UK parameters are safeguarded using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and robust end-to-end database encryption layers, ensuring data integrity remains absolute regardless of geographic destination.
Section 7
GDPR & International Consumer Rights
Under international data privacy charters (including GDPR and regional regulations), users retain sovereign authority over their records. You hold the following actionable legal rights:
The Right of Access & Correction
To request complete copies of all personal logs saved on our servers, and to immediately update or rectify any obsolete data fields.
The Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
To demand the complete destruction of your user profile and corresponding personal data layers from our databases, provided the profile maintains no active unfulfilled financial contracts or unresolved fraud disputes.
The Right to Restrict Data Processing
To object to automated background data parsing or restrict processing workflows under specific compliance scenarios.
Section 8
Continuous Agreement Verification
In accordance with our platform rules, any update or amendment to our data handling procedures will trigger an automated platform alert. Users will be strictly required to read and manually "Tick" their consent to the modified terms upon their subsequent login session to maintain account access.
