Amazef Terms of Service & Global Marketplace Agreement
Important Legal Notice
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship, rights, and corporate obligations between users (hereafter referred to as “Buyers”, “Sellers”, or “Guests”) and SWIFT TRADE GLOBAL LTD. By accessing, logging into, or purchasing items through the Amazef platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by this legal framework.
Section 1
Global Operating Entity & Governing Law
The Amazef e-commerce marketplace platform, interface, database, and corresponding web/mobile architectures are wholly owned, structured, and legally managed by SWIFT TRADE GLOBAL LTD, a corporate entity registered under the registrar of companies for England and Wales (Company Number: 16921955).
All disputes, legal arbitrations, and structural interpretations of these terms are strictly governed by, and construed under, the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the Laws of England and Wales.
Section 2
Agreement Mechanics & Mandatory Acceptance
To preserve transparency and platform safety across international boundaries, Amazef enforces a mandatory continuous consent model:
Login Verification
Every user (Buyer and Seller) will be presented with the current active version of these terms upon every individual login instance. Continuing to log into the dashboard constitutes absolute verification of compliance.
Immediate Amendments
If any rule, commission structure, tax implementation, or operational clause is altered from the Super Admin panel, the system will immediately prompt all active users to review and manually "Tick" the new updated user agreement before further navigation or dashboard usage is permitted.
Section 3
Role-Based Access Controls & Guest Mode
Amazef utilizes a secure, compartmentalized role-based access control system ensuring that platform functionalities are restricted to verified accounts:
Guest Mode System
To optimize user experience and friction-free cross-border browsing, unauthenticated visitors ("Guests") are granted access to browse public storefronts, query products, utilize the budget search tools, and view general item layouts. Guests are strictly restricted from completing checkouts, initializing messages, or accessing backend APIs without transforming into an authenticated buyer account.
Unified Platform Split
Users must register distinct access permissions for Buyer profiles and Seller dashboards. Cross-contamination of analytical data or dashboard overrides between roles is strictly restricted.
Section 4
Financial Architecture & Payout Distribution
All global incoming customer transactions are securely collected and processed via certified centralized gateways linked directly to the parent account of SWIFT TRADE GLOBAL LTD.
Currency Baseline
The primary base operating and settlement currency of the Amazef database is United States Dollars (USD). All international checkouts (GBP, AED, SAR, AUD) are automatically dynamically indexed to live currency exchange tables.
Commission Structure
Amazef reserves a flat 10% marketplace platform commission on the gross transaction value of all successfully captured product sales before distribution.
Seller Earnings Payouts
Final disbursements to merchant partners are calculated using the "Seller Earnings Engine" (deducting mandatory transactional taxes and the platform's 10% commission). Approved payouts are distributed to the seller's verified Wise account or authorized banking rails via Amazef's Simplified Global Payout system.
Section 5
Mandatory Merchant Regulatory & Tax Compliance
Sellers on Amazef are strictly defined as independent corporate or individual merchant operators. Independent merchants bear total legal responsibility for tax governance within their operating jurisdictions.
Tax Evidence Submission
Every independent merchant operating on Amazef is strictly mandated to submit verifiable proof of monthly tax or VAT filings corresponding to their platform revenue to the Amazef Compliance Unit. Failure to provide corporate filing proof within the allocated reporting window will trigger automatic merchant account limitation.
Section 6
Critical Counterfeit, Fraud & Zero-Return Policy
To eliminate international chargeback vectors and fully assure global banking partners (Wise/Stripe) of absolute buyer protection, Amazef enforces an absolute anti-fraud penalty framework:
If a buyer successfully presents irrefutable, concrete proof (via verifiable images, unboxing documentation, or official analysis) that a received product is entirely incorrect, counterfeit, or structurally misrepresented, the merchant automatically forfeits all claims to the transaction. Under this condition, the seller will not receive the product back, nor will they receive any financial payout. The complete transaction amount is fully refunded back to the buyer's original payment method, and the merchant's account will be queued for immediate suspension or permanent banishment.
Section 7
Platform Access Termination & Merchant Banning
The Super Admin dashboard maintains total sovereign right over platform integrity. Under the "Partner Control" policy:
Merchant Suspension
Sellers found engaging in malicious listings, delayed shipping, or counterfeit distribution will be placed under the "Banned" tab, revoking backend API keys and suspending current balances.
Audit Documentation
The Super Admin mandates a detailed documentation log regarding the specific reason for merchant banishment, which remains permanently appended to the business's data tracking files for security audits.
